Better Lunch Breaks for Staff Thanks to the Friends!

In February 2024 the Friends were delighted to fund a new table and chairs for the staff break room in the Gynaecology Outpatients department. We know that small things like this can make a big difference to staff wellbeing. Fiona Forrester, Senior Sister in Gynaecology Outpatients, said, “The staff are loving sitting at the table and enjoy having their lunch break on smart comfortable chairs. This has made a such a difference to staff wellbeing and the ambience of our communal area. Thank you so much for supporting us with this furniture, it has made a huge difference.”
