A New Relatives’ Room on Osterley Ward

In June 2023 the Friends and CW Plus jointly funded the refurbishment of the Relatives’ Room on Osterley 1 and 2 Wards at West Middlesex, which had been badly in need of a makeover. The charities provided new furniture and artwork, as well as a new coat of paint, to make the room a more comfortable and pleasant place for relatives to spend time in.  This is particularly important as relatives may be receiving complex or distressing information about their loved one . The Friends and CW Plus also funded a  ‘Tree of Gratitude’ mural which will allow patients and visitors to leave compliments for staff as recognition for their support.
