TRUSTEES WANTED – CAN YOU HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF OUR CHARITY?
The Friends of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (www.cwfriends.org.uk) is a voluntary organisation and registered charity based in south west London which supports the work of the hospital for the benefit of patients, their families and staff. Our services include the Friends Shop, Friends Library, trolley services to the wards, and a Grants Scheme for hospital departments.
We are looking to recruit new Trustees to help shape the charity’s strategy and improve our governance. Experience of one of more of the following is desirable but not essential:
Charity fundraising and event organising;
PR and marketing;
Finance/accounting.
Previous experience in the charity or health sectors would also be useful.
Board meetings are held at the hospital once a month other than in July and August. You may also be required to attend other occasional meetings and evening events.
